The Inside Crater is Molokini's perfect year around diving spot for snorkeling as well as all scuba certified divers.

This is a popular site for snorkel and dive boats to drop anchor that some divers say it has taken on the appearance of a parking lot. Even so this is an excellent spot for snorkeling and beginner divers to enjoy and see vast schools of butterfly fish, Trumpetfish, octopus and an abundance of other friendly marine life. Near the inside crater wall the bottom is usually found at 30ft with some coral formations extending to as shallow as 10ft.
